A service area is a secure compartment at the rear of the building which allows for service access to the toilet cistern, meaning that the cistern can be hidden behind a wall and therefore not prone to vandalism.

Please specify any requirements such as stainless steel toilets, lighting, automatic door-locking or supply-only of the toilet building.
